Terms of Service
The terms for using CreatorDock, operated by COLNIGHTD LTD.
Accounts and access
Keep your sign-in details secure and use only accounts you own or have permission to manage. You are responsible for activity in your workspace and should contact us if you suspect unauthorised access. Do not try to access another user's drafts, accounts or data, or interfere with the service.
Your content and accounts
CreatorDock helps you prepare original TikTok slideshows and videos, manage authorised accounts, plan publishing and review available public-post performance. You are responsible for the accuracy and rights to content you upload and publish. Connect only accounts you own or are permitted to manage. You retain your rights in your content and allow us to store, preview, process and deliver it to TikTok only as needed to provide the service you request.
TikTok permissions and publishing
Read-only access allows us to show an authorised account and its public posts. You can disconnect an account in the workspace or revoke access in TikTok. Direct Post requires a separate TikTok permission and your review of the exact media, text, account, privacy and disclosures. A manual plan is only a reminder. Automatic publishing remains unavailable until the integration has been approved, configured and enabled. When enabled, a scheduled job is an instruction to attempt posting at the chosen time, subject to TikTok permissions and availability; it is not a guarantee that TikTok will accept or publish the post. Check the job status and TikTok account for the result. You can cancel before submission begins; a post already processing may not be stoppable.
Early access
CreatorDock does not currently charge a subscription. If paid plans are introduced later, we will show the terms and price before you choose to subscribe. TikTok publishing approval is separate from any future billing.
Metrics and availability
TikTok may delay or omit performance counts. Dashboard windows group posts by publication date and display their current lifetime metrics; they do not represent views gained during those windows. We do not guarantee reach, publication, downloads, revenue or other business results. Features may be unavailable due to TikTok permissions, account status or service outages.
Service use and changes
Use the service lawfully and respect intellectual property, privacy and third-party platform rules. Reference material is for analysis; do not upload or publish another creator's protected content without the rights to do so. Do not upload malicious files or use the service to spam or bypass TikTok restrictions. CreatorDock software and design belong to COLNIGHTD LTD or its licensors. We may restrict access when necessary to address misuse or security risks. We may update the service and these terms, showing a new effective date for changes; you may stop using the service if you do not accept updated terms.
Responsibility
We aim to keep CreatorDock available but cannot promise uninterrupted service or particular TikTok reach, publication, downloads or revenue. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that the law does not allow us to exclude. Contact us if something goes wrong so we can investigate.
